Mr. Virendra D. Mhaiskar
Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Virendra D. Mhaiskar, is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
He holds a diploma in civil engineering from Shriram Polytechnic, Navi Mumbai. As
a Civil Engineer, he has hands on experience of more than 17 years in the construction
and infrastructure industry to his credit. He is responsible for developing new
business, executing road construction and BOT projects. He is providing overall
vision and strategy to the Company.

Mr. Dattatraya P. Mhaiskar
Director

Mr. Dattatraya P. Mhaiskar holds a diploma in civil engineering from Sir Kursowadia
Institute of Electrical Technology, Pune. He has over 47 years of professional experience
in construction and infrastructure industry. He is the founder of Ideal Road Builders
Private Limited, now a subsidiary of IRB. He is the Chief Mentor of the Group. He
is also the managing trustee for number of charitable trusts engaged in education,
welfare and sports activities.

Mrs. Deepali V. Mhaiskar

Mrs. Deepali V. Mhaiskar is a graduate in Arts with major in Economics from L. D.
Arts College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She is the Director of IRB since incorporation
of the Company. She is looking after the administration of the Company.

Mr. Suresh G. Kelkar
Director
|
|
Mr. Suresh G. Kelkar has a degree in commerce from H. A. Collage of Commerce, Ahmedabad.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Kelkar
has over 35 years of experience in accounts, finance and management functions. He
retired from Arvind Mills (Laljibhai Group) as a Vice President.

Mr. Govind G. Desai
Director

Mr. Govind G. Desai, aged 74 years, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts (Economics
& Politics) and a Master’s degree in law. Mr. Desai is a qualified solicitor and
is a member of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. He was a senior partner with
Little & Co., and following his retirement, has started his own practice. Mr. Desai
has over 46 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.

Mr. Chandrashekhar S. Kaptan

Mr. Chandrashekhar S. Kaptan, B.A., LL.B is a practicing Lawyer at Nagpur Bench
of the Mumbai High Court since 1975 representing Government, Semi Government and
Private Institution mostly in Constitutional and civil matters. He was the Senior
Standing Counsel for Union of India during 2001 - 2003 at Nagpur Bench of the Mumbai
High Court. Presently acting as Special Counsel and a Panel Counsel for the State
of Maharashtra for High Court.

Mr. Bhalchandra K. Khare

Mr. Bhalchandra K. Khare, B.Com, LL.B., is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India and Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India.
He is a founder Senior Partner of M/s B.K. KHARE & CO. a reputed firm of Chartered
Accountants; practicing Chartered Accountant for last four decades. He is specialized
in the field of taxation, particularly corporate taxation, tax planning and financial
management. He is a acclaimed commentator on Annual Budget proposal of Union Government
for the last two decades

Mr. Sunil Talati

Mr. Sunil Talati is M.Com., LL.B., F.C.A. graduated from H.L. College of Commerce,
Ahmedabad. He was Vice President and President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India for the year 2006-07 and 2007-08 respectively. Mr. Talati is having more
than 30 years of experience in field of Accounts, Audit and Tax Laws. He regularly
contributes Articles related to Tax Laws in the various financial dailies.

Mr. Mukeshlal Gupta

Mr. Mukeshlal Gupta, aged 55 years, is a Civil Engineer by profession having over
33 years of experience in Engineering & Construction Industry. He has a strong background
in Designing and Executing Civil Structures and has worked for reputed Engineering
Consulting & Design Firms like Stup Consultants Pvt. Ltd. In 2008, he joined Modern
Road Makers Private Limited (EPC Arm) as Director – Technical. Over these last four
years, he has been closely associated in Technical monitoring and guiding all the
projects undertaken by Modern Road Makers Private Limited.He is also a member of
Indian Road Congress, Institution of Engineers (India) and Deep Foundations Institute,
USA.

Mr. Vinod R. Sethi

Mr. Vinod R. Sethi, aged 50 years, is a Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute
of Technology, Mumbai, and an MBA (Finance) and a Beta Gamma Sigma Graduate from
Stern Graduate School of Business, New York University. Mr. Sethi founded the India
business for Morgan Stanley Investment Management and was its Chief Investment Officer
for 12 years where its business grew in excess of USD 2 billion in assets.
Mr. Sethi is also on the board of several Indian Corporates.

IRB has emerged as the Preferred Bidder for the project of Six laning of Ahmedabad to Vadodara section of NH-8 from km. 6.400 to km. 108.700 (Length 102.300 km) and improvement of existing Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway from km. 0.000 to km 93.302 in the State of Gujarat (Length 93.302 km.) under Phase V on Design Build Finance Operate Transfer (DBFOT) Toll basis.

IRB has emerged as the preferred bidder for a BOT project comprising Design, Build, Finance and Operation of Six-laning of Tumkur Chitradurga Section of NH-4 from Km 75.00 to Km 189.00 in the State of Karanataka under NHDP Phase V on BOT basis. The estimated cost of the Project is approx. Rs. 1200 crores. The project length is 114 Kms. The Project is on Premium basis with concession period of 26 years.
