In August 25 2003, the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH) and AIPL (ATR Infrastructure Private Limited) (a Concessionaire), an SPV of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., entered into a Concession Agreement to develop, operate and maintain the Pune Nashik section of NH50 Project. The concession period of the Project is 18 years from the Appointed Date. The Concessionaire is allowed to collect the notified user fee from the road users during this period.<\/p>\n

ATRPL was entrusted to expand a 29.81 km section of NH 50 between Pune and Nashik in Maharashtra from two lanes to four lanes.<\/p>\n
