On 23rd January 1998, the Public Works Department (PWD) of Govt. of Maharashtra and Ideal Road Builders Pvt. Ltd., (a Concessionaire), 100% subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., entered into a Concession Agreement for improvement, strengthening and black toppling of Bhiwandi \u2013 Wada road (SH-35) with private financing and toll rights, to build, operate and transfer maintain the said project. The concession period of the Project was 10 years and 8 months from the Appointed Date.<\/p>\n

The Concessionaire was allowed to collect the notified user fee from the road users during this period.<\/p>\n

Ideal Road Builders Pvt. Ltd. was entrusted to build, operate and maintain a 18 Km section of SH-35 between Bhiwandi and Wada of Thane District in Maharashtra.<\/p>\n
