Ltd. (a concessionaire), 100% subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., entered into a Concession Agreement for strengthening of Chinchoti Naka \u2013 Kaman \u2013 Paygaon \u2013 Bhiwandi Road section of SH-4, in Vasai and Bhiwandi Talukas of Thane District, with private financing and toll collection on BOT basis.<\/p>\n<p>The project was part of SH-4 from Km 0.000 to Km 22.000.<\/p>\n<p>The concession period was of 15 years and the concessionaire was allowed to collect the notified user fee from the road users during this period.<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner]\t\t<\/div><\/div>[vc_separator color=&#8221;turquoise&#8221;
